These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Charis Charity Organization website located at https://charis-mts.org and any services offered through it including donations and outreach dedications.

Charis Charity Organization is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under Registration Number 195863, incorporated on 31st December 2022. Our trustees are Kikelomo Akinsanya, Abiodun Dakaiye and Joyce Iyaode.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Bank Transfer Donations

Donations to Charis Charity Organization are made via direct bank transfer to our Zenith Bank account. By making a donation you agree that:

• All donations are voluntary and made of your own free will
• Donations are non-refundable once transferred unless there was an error on our part
• We will use donations solely for our charitable outreach programmes and operational costs
• We cannot guarantee a specific outreach will be carried out with your individual donation
• Donations do not entitle you to any goods, services or ownership interest in the organisation
• We may acknowledge your donation publicly unless you request anonymity

Use of Donations

All donations received are used to fund our outreach programmes including food distribution, medical support, transportation and operational costs. We are committed to transparency in how donations are used.

4. Outreach Dedications

When you submit an outreach dedication request through our website, you agree that:

• Submission of a dedication request does not guarantee an outreach will be carried out on a specific date
• We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil dedication requests in a timely manner
• We will contact you to discuss details and arrangements after receiving your request
• Any associated costs for the dedicated outreach will be discussed and agreed with you separately
• We may feature the dedication on our website and social media unless you request otherwise
• The information you provide will be used solely to arrange and acknowledge the dedication

5. Volunteering

If you sign up to volunteer with Charis Charity Organization:

• Signing up does not create a contract of employment or guarantee of volunteer placement
• We will contact you with opportunities that match your location and availability
• All volunteers are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and respect at all times
• Volunteers participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety
• We reserve the right to decline or remove any volunteer at our discretion
• Volunteer activities are unpaid unless explicitly agreed otherwise

All photographs, videos and written content on this website are the property of Charis Charity Organization unless otherwise stated. You may not:
